"My name is Marge and I needed Aortic Valve replacement. I went to the hospital to have the surgery done. They went through the groin and did the surgery, which went well. Afterwards, my heart started to pause. At one point they had to shock it. That's when they told me I needed a pacemaker, I had that surgery as well. When the pacemaker was placed, it stuck way up and caused me pain in my neck and shoulder. When I went for the check-up after the surgery, the doctor apologized saying he would redo it because it looked so bad, I rejected the offer. I had Dr. Agona look at it and he adjusted with the pro-adjuster every week. Slowly, it began to sink down into the skin. My neck pain subsided and my shoulder felt better. Now, thanks to Dr. Agona I hardly know the pacemaker is there and you can hardly see it. I'm so glad to have it taken care of!"

On August 2014, my ear was hurting. I went to an ENT who advised me that I do not have an ear infection & that it may be my teeth. I went to my dentist who took x-rays and advised me there was nothing wrong with my teeth. I then went to my PCP who said I have TMJ and to go back to my dentist. It is now the end of October I am still in pain, the dentist refers me to an oral surgeon who says they do not treat TMJ. So, back to the dentist I go & refers me to physical therapy. In December, I see the PT who massaged & put heat on my jaw. I then saw on the internet that chiropractors may treat TMJ. I told my husband at his next appointment to ask Dr. Agona if he treats TMJ. It's now February 2015. I started care with Dr. Agona & his staff for 3x/week. At first, my jaw was sore still & I thought this would be another disappointment. My husband & Dr. Agona said it will get better & by the fourth visit I felt relief. Unbelievable but by the end of my second week of care I was able to open my mouth with a mild amount of pain. By the third week I felt 90% better & it's now March & continue to improve. I thank Dr. Agona and his entire staff for helping me. I am now going once a week. At the time I'm writing this it is the last week of March 2015 & I feel about 98% better. The 2% is just when I yawn, I still feel a little bit of pain but nothing like before. If you or whoever is reading this, & has TMJ come to Dr. Agona & he will help you out. I thank God that my husband asked Dr. Agona if could help & Dr. Agona said yes & he helped me. I am forever grateful to Dr. Agona & his entire staff.

"I was treated for lymphedema. When I first came in, my calves, ankles, and feet were extremely swollen. I was worried I'd never see my "real" legs and feet again. After many months of treatment with progressively better results as time went on, I am finally back to normal. I plan on continuing my treatment to maintain the progress.
